Fabiola Lairet es la Sushichef who is in charge of the kitchen of this Monster Sushi izakaya. Fabiola, trained in Japan and the U.S., is one of the few sushi chefs in the world with the Official Certificate of the Sushi Skills Institute and AJSA ( All Japan Sushi Association ). The sushiwoman, originally from Venezuela, is a passionate about Asian cuisine left engineering to dedicate himself to this field and in 2010, together with his family, he set up the first Monster Sushi .
