This new Monster Sushi de L’Eixample is located at number 68 of Girona street in Barcelona and has a very large space 284 m2 of space. Fabiola, trained in Japan and the U.S., is one of the few sushi chefs in the world with the Official Certificate of the Sushi Skills Institute and AJSA ( All Japan Sushi Association ). The sushiwoman, originally from Venezuela, is a passionate about Asian cuisine left engineering to dedicate himself to this field and in 2010, together with his family, he set up the first Monster Sushi .
