| HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE: |
|
1. To return or exchange merchandise, YOU MUST OBTAIN a RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please fill out our Return Request Form to request an RMA code.
Attention: All requests must be filed within 5 days after receiving your merchandise. All returns must receive by us within 20 days upon of receipt your package. Packages received without RMA code will be delayed or returned to sender.
2. Please fill out Return And Exchange Form completely and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
3. Please send your merchandise, must be new and unused condition with all original packaging materials, via insured or traceable method to:
