BestFashionBoutique.com If for any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange.

All requests must be filed within 5 days after receiving your merchandise.
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code will be issued and sent to you via e-mail to confirm your request and instructions on how to return your order.
All returns must receive by us within 20 days upon of receipt your package.
Package received without RMA code will be delayed or retuned to sender.
- All items must be unused and in original condition with all tags affixed, original packaging, and accessories.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable. A refund will be credited within 48 hours in the same form as the original payment type and an email confirmation will be sent to you once we processed your return.
Please allow 5 to 7 days for a refund to be reflected on your credit card account.
For your protection, we strongly recommend you to ship package with insurance or obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation from your shipper.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
Please note, some carriers like UPS, do not deliver to USPS PO
Boxes, if you want to use carrier other then USPS please confirm
before shipping that whey will be able to deliver the package.
Company WILL NOT provide a pickup or redeliver to other address. NO
EXCEPTIONS. You can always create a label and ship online with USPS.com Please visit www.usps.com.
EXCHANGES: Simply go to our website
BestFashionBoutique.com and fill out a RETURN REQUEST FORM completely,
including a description of the issue in comment field for an exchange and clearly state its style number and color for the new item on the return form.
We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold under your name.
A $4.95 handling fee plus shipping charge of $8.00 will be added.
Differences will be charged or credited in the same form as the original payment type.
You will be issued a new tracking number once your package has been shipped.
We ship all exchange orders via USPS Priority.
Please allow up to 5 days for package to arrive.
In case fraud/scum transaction,
